SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

Pick up location: 2000 Crawford St.  Houston, TX 77002

We will email you when your order is ready for pickup. Please bring email for verification. DO NOT come to pick up location unless you have received an approval email. 

 

Orders are processed Monday-Friday and shipped within 24-48 hours from the order date. Orders placed on the weekend and select holidays are processed on the following business day.

 

Once the order ships, it is the responsibility of the Customer to contact USPS/UPS (any carrier) if there are any issues regarding the delivery of your package. We will not intervene at this point. 

 

You are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the total amount. 

 

For returns over $75, please use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your return. 
Lost Shipments during a returned shipment is the responsibility of the customer, not A'Muse Plustique. 

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Please visit our Returns Center here to submit your return request.

 

All return requests should be submitted within 15 days of delivery and delivered within 10 days after approval is granted. After 10 days, we have the right to reject the return. Please DO NOT ship your return without getting an approved return request from A'Muse Plustique. We are not responsible for returns shipped that did not request approval via our Returns Portal. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds, unless items are damaged. All returns will be refunded to store credit. It is the customer's responsibility to purchase postage for the return.

 

You are eligible to return if, your items are unused and in the same condition that you received it with original tags attached. If the tags appear to have been tampered with, or removed, you will be denied store credit. Please use your invoice as your return form. All returns should be accompanied with the invoice. Returns can be shipped using any carrier, but you are responsible for postage unless the items were sent damaged. Please send proof of postage, or tracking to  contact us.

Once your return is received and inspected, an email will be sent to notify you that we've received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit.

If a damaged or defective item is shipped to you, please notify us within 15 days from delivery. After 15 days, you will not be eligible for an exchange. If you would  like to exchange it for the same item, please send an email to (insert link here)  and send your return to:

A full refund will be issued for shipping costs if the item is defective or damaged. You will need to email the proof of postage and we will happily issue the refund. Be sure to accompany the return with the invoice as mentioned above.
